This item is from around the early 1990s. It is wearing a red kimono with a black obi. The undergarment and obi tie are adorned with red and pink floral embroidery.
The tassel on the fan has some faded areas. (Image 5)

The decorative box and fan can be removed.
Both hands are covered with a cellophane-like material. (Images 7, 8)
