**Product Description:**
This is an AV preamplifier from Proceed, a brand within Madrigal Audio Laboratories, which inherited manufacturing from Mark Levinson in 1985.

Designed to handle everything from pure audio to AV, while reflecting the essence of Mark Levinson.
Although it is fundamentally an AV amplifier, it is based on a MARK LEVINSON preamplifier (the electronic volume section is shared with MARK LEVINSON).
It is configured as if the AV components were added, making it also an excellent pure audio preamplifier.

With the same parent company as Mark Levinson, its sound quality is guaranteed.
It boasts a transparent and clear sound quality, reproducing even the delicate nuances of quiet passages without loss.
An excellent high-cost performance preamplifier for pure audio as well.
