[About Custom Seal Engraving Orders]

1.
Figure 1 shows sample examples of seal engraving works.
First, please let us know your desired seal engraving content (characters, purpose, etc.).
We will create a work that best meets your wishes.

2.
Figures 2 onwards show uncarved seal stones with numbers.
The price varies for each seal stone, and the displayed prices are all-inclusive (including seal stone cost + engraving cost).
Please choose your desired seal stone and let us know the number.
We will create your custom seal using the selected seal stone.

*Since a price is set for each number,
please be sure to inform us of your desired seal stone number before purchasing.
Please proceed with your purchase after the price has been adjusted.

3.
The estimated shipping time is within 15 days from your order,
but may be delayed by up to approximately 1 week depending on the situation.

4.
We do not provide design drafts before production.
This is because the impression of the finished product differs from the draft.
However, if you can provide reference images, we will do our best to create the work according to your wishes.
